When youjoin MariGuard, the information you provide for your boat and gear becomes part of MariSafe’s database to help identify stolen boats and equipment, and may be used to initiate “$1,500 Reward” advertising. The $1,500 cash reward will be paid to any person or persons providing information resulting in the arrest and conviction of anyone stealing or vandalizing a boat or its equipment registered to a MariGuard member.
