Anonymous Incident Reporting MariSafe provides this opportunity to share your witness experience or involvement in a boating accident or other incident. We do not ask for your identity so your privacy is completely protected. We will report the information we gather through articles periodically in an effort to educate other boaters about boating safety.  Reporting a boating incident anonymously to MariSafe does not fulfill any legal obligations you may have under state or federal law. If you need to locate the rules for reporting accidents to the U.S. Coast Guard or the state in which an incident occurred, Review Regulations.
