Service My Equipment
MariSafe can save you time and help you avoid the hassles of servicing your EPIRB, liferaft or other safety equipment. Just complete a simple form and we’ll handle the rest.
What it Costs and How it Works MariSafe’s Equipment Service Coordination fee is $49.95 ($34.95 for MariGuardTM members).
To have us locate the best certified facility and make all the arrangements, simply read the Service My Equipment Agreement first, then submit the Service My Equipment Request detailing your equipment, its location and the type of service you need. After reviewing your request, we'll charge your credit card for our coordination fee and send you an email to:
- acknowledge your request
- notify you of the name of the service facility with which we’ve made arrangements on your behalf
- inform you of shipping charges and the facility's estimated fee for any other services necessary
- inform you of proposed service dates
After we agree on prices and service dates, and you give us the go-ahead, we’ll coordinate the delivery of your equipment to the service facility. Once your equipment has been received and initially inspected by the service facility, we’ll email you again, outlining any changes in the actual cost for the service from the original estimate and the expected date of return of your serviced equipment. When the service is complete and your equipment has been returned to you, we’ll charge your credit card for the service work and shipping.
