Do-It-Yourself Inspection
If you want to make sure you won’t be cited by the authorities for equipment violations and that you and your passengers enjoy safe outings, you can take hands-on control and inspect your boat yourself using the MariSafe DIY Inspection Guide and Checklist. Vessel Safety Check
If you don’t have time to inspect your boat yourself, or you want someone with more experience to do the inspection, we can arrange for a trained volunteer from one of several national boating organizations to perform an inspection for you.
Find a Surveyor
If a bank or insurance company requires a survey of your boat for financing or insurance purposes, or you need an expert opinion for a legal action, you’ll want to hire a qualified marine surveyor. You can locate a pro in your area that meets your specific needs here.
