Delay of an order delivery
Your order delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:

  • An ordered product had been delayed from our distributor. In such case, you’ll be contacted immediately to choose a different available product, should you require it
  • The product that you ordered has been canceled by the company and is not available anymore. In such case you will be contacted by a sales representative to provide alternative solutions
  • Under bad weather conditions, strikes or force majeure
  • In case your submitted data are not valid

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with every product purchased from Lalizas Inc. You may return any purchase within thirty (30) days, provided that the product is in original new condition and returned in its original packaging. Original manufacturers packaging must be in new condition. We can only process returns and make refunds for items purchased from Lalizas Inc.US. To return an item, send an email to or from inside of the Lalizas Inc site (special form) and include the following information: your name, daytime telephone number, the invoice number, date of purchase and reason for the return. We will issue a return authorization number along with instructions telling you where to return the package. The customer must pay freight both ways. Upon receipt of the package, a replacement will be shipped or credit issued. In the case of a product that is defective or damaged, Lalizas Inc will pay shipping both ways. No returns will be accepted, or refunds issued, without a valid Lalizas Inc return authorization number.

  • All items returned for credit are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Refused orders or orders returned without a valid Lalizas Inc return authorization number are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping both ways. Returns are not accepted on: used items, items that are not in original condition books, videos, software, dated items or cut lengths of line, rigging, hose, piping, fabrics, etc. Special order items and closeout items are also non-returnable
  • All items must be returned in "new" condition--including packaging. Your account will be credited only upon receipt of acceptable goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • After 30 days, all sales are final. Should you experience a problem with any product purchased from us after 30 days, we will gladly assist you with any applicable warranty claims with the manufacturer

Shipping information
We do not "pad" our shipping charges or add "handling charges". To keep our prices as low as possible, we must pass the cost of shipping to the customer. You will be charged only what it costs Lalizas Inc to get your order to you. Unless you specify otherwise in the Comment Section at check-out, your order will be shipped via the most economical carrier which is typically FedEx Ground in the US and Canada. The most cost-effective method for International Orders is generally via US International Priority Mail. Lalizas Inc reserves the right to change the shipping carrier for any reason we deem necessary to deliver your order.

Upon check-out, our system automatically calculates and displays Estimated Shipping charges. Unless otherwise stated in the product description - shipping costs will be added to your order.

All orders are shipped:
F.O.B. Origin, freight prepaid and charged back

  1. Seller - Pays freight charges and adds to invoice
  2. Buyer- Bears freight charges
  3. Buyer- Owns goods in transit
  4. Buyer- files claims (if any)
